Enrollment Coordinator - Urology

Description The Enrollment Coordinator for the IMPACT Program provides essential enrollment, outreach, and administrative support for a statewide prostate cancer treatment initiative. This role is responsible for screening and enrolling eligible patients, maintaining accurate enrollment records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with state contract requirements. The Enrollment Coordinator must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as a significant portion of the IMPACT Program's patient population is Spanish-speaking. Effective communication in both languages is essential for conducting outreach, explaining program eligibility and benefits, assisting with enrollment and renewal processes, and supporting ongoing patient engagement. Responsibilities include patient outreach, eligibility verification, enrollment processing, care coordination support, documentation management, and collaboration with providers and community partners. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely access to services, maintaining program compliance, and supporting vulnerable prostate cancer patients statewide.
