The Quality Assurance Coordinator organizes service quality reviews within the quality assurance team, working under a quality assurance team lead to keep evaluations consistent and improvement actions visible. The coordinator works with customer support representatives, service supervisors, and training colleagues to arrange reviews and clarify findings. This fully remote position offers desk-based work from home in Kentucky, United States, supporting dependable customer interactions through organized review activities. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Working days and shift times may vary. Job Responsibilities Receive review requests through a shared work queue and internal emails, confirm priorities, and organize assigned customer interaction samples for evaluation. Check that selected service tickets and interaction notes contain the information needed for review, requesting missing context from the responsible service supervisor. Coordinate evaluation assignments, review dates, and reviewer availability using a project management tool such as Asana, keeping ownership and progress visible. Arrange access to customer conversations in a support platform such as Zendesk, ensuring reviewers can locate the correct interaction and related service history. Apply approved scorecards to assigned samples, checking answer accuracy, professional communication, complete notes, and adherence to established service procedures without changing evaluation standards independently. Record scores, supporting examples, and reviewer comments clearly, distinguishing confirmed findings from questions that need additional review or clarification. Organize scoring calibration discussions, prepare examples of inconsistent ratings, and capture decisions so reviewers apply the same standards to comparable interactions. Share evaluation summaries with service supervisors and training colleagues, identifying repeated gaps and coordinating agreed next steps with the appropriate owner. Follow up on overdue reviews and improvement actions, escalating unresolved scoring differences or recurring service concerns to the quality assurance team lead. Maintain completed review summaries and action updates; quality is judged by scoring accuracy, timely turnaround, complete notes, and documented follow-up through closure. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. About 1-2 years of experience in service quality reviews, customer support evaluation, or quality coordination preferred. Familiarity with quality assurance scorecards, sampling methods, evaluation criteria, and the purpose of scoring calibration discussions. Ability to compare customer interactions against written standards and explain findings using specific, relevant examples rather than unsupported assumptions. Comfort navigating a support platform such as Zendesk and updating assignments in a project management tool such as Asana. Clear written and verbal communication for arranging reviews, summarizing results, requesting clarification, and discussing scoring differences respectfully. Ability to organize competing review deadlines, protect customer information, and maintain accurate evaluation notes across multiple open assignments. A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
