Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, supporting production processes, verifying outbound and inbound shipments, and assisting with inventory management activities.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation.Support production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.Ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA check-in inspections, and discrepancy reporting.Responsible for managing upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse.Stock shelves.Essential SkillsOne year of experience in warehouse/manufacturing.Ability to certify and operate a forklift and other equipment needed to move material.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to lift 65 pounds, stoop, kneel, twist, bend, and stand for extended periods.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with picking, packing, material handling, and general labor.Experience in unloading, shipping and receiving, and production.Proficiency in order picking, heavy lifting, loading, shipping & receiving, and warehouse packing.Ability to work with hay and hay-based products.Why Work Here?Perfect attendance over 6 months puts you in a drawing to receive a bonus of 10K, 5K, or 3K. There is an opportunity for promotion to work coach or management, and the ability to go direct after 3 months.Work EnvironmentWork involves handling hay or grass, so no grass allergies are preferred. Work shifts are Monday to Friday, with a first shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and a second shift from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Additionally, there are shifts from Monday to Thursday, with a first shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm and a second shift from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
