As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our expanding domestic transportation operations. Position Overview The Logistics Coordinator (LTL & Truckload Transportation) is responsible for coordinating freight movements, communicating with carriers and customers, monitoring shipment activity, and ensuring the successful execution of daily transportation operations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, carrier operations, or transportation coordination who enjoys problem‑solving, multitasking, and working in a fast‑paced logistics environment. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams while gaining exposure to a broad range of transportation and supply chain activities. Responsibilities Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments from pickup through final delivery Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors regarding shipment status and service requirements Monitor shipment activity and proactively address delays, service failures, and transportation issues Utilize the MyPNGLC Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage freight operations and maintain accurate records Work with carrier partners to secure capacity and support transportation requirements Manage multiple shipments and customer accounts simultaneously Ensure compliance with customer‑specific procedures and transportation requirements Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service performance Support daily transportation planning and execution activities Qualifications Experience in LTL transportation, truckload operations, dispatch, freight brokerage, carrier operations, or logistics coordination strongly preferred 1–3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, or logistics software is beneficial Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Professional, customer‑focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 100% company‑paid medical and dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing program Paid holidays and paid time off Employee referral program Why Join PNG Worldwide?
