Overview 34507 Atrium Health Cabarrus - Nursing Critical Care: ICU 2CSB Position is full time, nights 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Pay range $38.20 - $57.30. Schedule: Full‑time Nights. Where You Will Work A 40‑bed Intensive Care Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus offers a collaborative environment. The ICU team manages complex medical‑surgical patients, including ventilated patients, stroke, trauma, and more, with a typical 2:1 nurse‑to‑patient assignment. Work 12‑hour shifts with an interdisciplinary team. What You'll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. At least 6 months of nursing experience; this position is not for new grads.
