Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist (30-35 Hours Per Week)

Overview West suburban manufacturer of precision turned parts is seeking a part-time (30-35 Hours Per Week) Accounting Assistant with at least five (5) years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a computerized environment. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash disbursements Chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, P&L Reconciliation of bank accounts Back up receptionist Job Type Part-time Qualifications/Experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer services skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work with little or no supervision as well as be a team player Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred, but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in manufacturing environment required #J-18808-Ljbffr DuPage Machine Products
