Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure

To support the data operations of a growing AI team, the full-time remote Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure will manage data collection processes, enhance cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with scientists to optimize data quality and scale for model training. Key responsibilities Identify and integrate new audio data sources into the ingestion pipeline Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for the ingestion pipeline using Terraform on GCP Collaborate with AI team members to develop a dataset roadmap for next-generation products Required qualifications BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of industry experience in software development Proficiency in bash/Python scripting in Linux environments Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, with professional experience in a major Cloud Provider (GCP preferred) Familiarity with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
