Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – responsible for communicating and building relationships with store staff, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Order product via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked. Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines. Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage will be reimbursed. Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location Iowa City, IA; secondary locations include Muscatine, IA and Washington, IA. Schedule availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start time 07:00 AM. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
