Occupational Therapist
A position is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist in an acute rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population including adults aged 18 and older. Common diagnoses include strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis. The facility has 12 beds with a patient-to-therapist ratio of 6:1. Candidates are expected to float to evaluate and treat in medical-surgical and intensive care unit settings as needed. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates with a master's degree in Occupational Therapy are preferred. The dress code consists of royal blue scrubs, and no blue jeans are permitted.
