Providing compassionate and accurate customer support, the temporary remote Ready Reserve Disaster Support Agent will assist individuals affected by disasters and emergencies, guiding them through the recovery process while working on an on-call basis. Key responsibilities Provide professional customer support via telephone to individuals impacted by disasters Assist customers by answering questions and providing guidance based on established procedures Navigate multiple web-based systems to document customer interactions and verify information Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous call center or customer service experience strongly preferred Basic computer proficiency, including internet navigation and web-based applications Ability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service for a home office Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
