(*Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day Work with UX designers, PMs, and engineers to design copy across product surfaces. Create and implement content strategies for UX copy and LLM generated content. Distill complex ideas into plain language for users and co-workers. Contribute to and follow our evolving content design guidelines. Develop trusted relationships and gain a deep understanding of the product spaces you support. Attend product and UX meetings related to your areas of responsibility. Collaborate with a small team of content designers to improve overall user experience. Responsibilities Write, edit, and test user-focused content in a cross-functional environment. Partner with engineers to design helpful, on-brand experiences powered by LLMs, shaping outputs, prompts and golden data sets. Design content to fulfill business objectives as well as develop cohesive storytelling and emotionality in our products. Manage and prioritize work across projects in a fast paced environment. Distill complex product goals into simple and intuitive experiences. Partner with your team and partners to prioritize initiatives with a solid focus on outcomes. Help define and evangelize the role of UX Content Design at Glassdoor and in the broader community of design professionals. Skills & Competencies Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience. Exceptional UX writing, editing, collaboration and communication skills. Experience creating system prompts, creating pull requests, and working with engineers to write and test LLM-generated content. Comfort presenting writing and advocating for specific choices in mixed groups. Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to move forward in a proactive way while working with ambiguity. Salary Range Transparency Tier 1 – United States of America 103,000 – 155,000 USD per year Tier 2 – United States of America 115,000 – 173,000 USD per year Tier 3 – United States of America 126,000 – 190,000 USD per year Tier 4 – N/A Tier 5 – United States of America 144,000 – 216,000 USD per year Benefits We care about what you care about.
