Line Cook at Unos Restaurant near Baseball Hall of Fame
Join the culinary team at Unos Restaurant, a popular dining destination located near the Baseball Hall of Fame. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Adhere to portion control and waste reduction practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
