Product-Oriented Project Manager

Job Title: Product-Oriented Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ- Hybrid Onsite Employment Type: Contract 12+ months Job Summary We are seeking a Product-Oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-centric digital products. This role combines strong project management capabilities with a product mindset, ensuring that business goals, customer needs, and technical execution are aligned. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments and can drive product initiatives from concept through launch. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product development projects. Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to define product roadmaps and delivery plans. Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and milestones. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Track project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports. Prioritize features and coordinate product releases based on business value. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Support product adoption by coordinating launch readiness, documentation, and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr Signature IT World Inc
