Human Resource Field Manager

VayKLife is a fast-growing, tech-enabled marketing services company serving the vacation rental industry. With operations focused on popular destinations, we partner with vacation rental managers (VRMs) to provide a seamless experience for their guests - from bikes & beach gear delivery to curated local experiences - and support ~800,000 travelers each year. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Field Manager to support and elevate our talent acquisition and HR operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, maintaining data integrity, and driving key HR initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting both employees and leadership in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the HR point of contact for field-based managers and employees across multiple territories Partner with Leadership team to implement HR programs, policies, and best practices Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Oversee the recruiting team, providing hands-on support as needed Safeguard hiring data integrity through regular audits and error correction Verify completion and approval of Motor Vehicle Record and background checks prior to hire Manage and follow up on worker’s compensation claims Address HR support requests submitted by managers or employees Respond to unemployment claims and represent the company at unemployment hearings Conduct site visits to strengthen relationships and maintain a visible presence Lead routine audits of ACA compliance, end-of-season reviews, MVR, background checks, and other key staffing metrics What You’ll Need Experience with multi-state HR, compliance, and employee record management Significant attention to detail, particularly with employee records and data-entry Strong communication, employee support, and relationship-building skills Experience with ADP Workforcepreferred Creativity to aide in recruiting seasonal employees What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus potential PTO Professional development and growth opportunities A collaborative and mission-driven work environment Join Us If you're excited to help both new and existing employees thrive, while actively contributing to the processes they depend on, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
