\n• Schedule: 32 hours per week with every other weekend rotation; could get 40 hours if wanted

\n• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
\n• Train, mentor, and support pharmacists and technicians focused on excellent patient care
\n• Manage workflow, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
\n• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and organizational policies
\n• Build positive relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
\n• Support clinical and wellness programs that enhance community health
\n \nWhat You’ll Need
\n• Active pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure in OR)
\n• Prior experience in pharmacy management or leadership preferred
\n• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
\n• Dependability and flexibility to work within store hours, including every other weekend
