Medical Sales Representative - Acute Care

Call on hospitals within the assigned territory to sell medical products Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers, leading to product and program sales Establish and nurture client relationships with key decision-makers Present and sell new products while maintaining existing business Build teams among peers to support collaboration across the continuum of care Prepare bids and price quotes Make occasional cold calls to develop new markets Sell hospital products including exam gloves, durable medical equipment, incontinence products, OR kits, plastics, skin care products, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, packs and gowns, protective apparel, surgical trays, advanced wound care, surgeons’ gloves, and other hospital supplies Requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, including cold calling and commissioned, full-cycle sales experience, OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with that background Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment Ability to present multiple product lines Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to drive a car Ability to travel in the car 90% of each day Ability to interact with healthcare providers on site Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a proven track record in quota attainment and cold calling within the medical products sector.
