• Dressing assistance – Helping the client dress safely since stretching and pulling movements are currently restricted.
• Toileting assistance – Providing respectful, hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and wiping as needed while the client's level of independence continues to improve.
• Bathing assistance – Helping with bathing and areas the client cannot safely reach without stretching, including his back.
• Personal care and safety support – Encouraging independence while making sure daily activities are completed safely and with dignity.
• Following the individualized care plan and communicating any changes or concerns to the HomeWell team.

• Have caregiving experience or CNA certification
• Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Are dependable and can consistently commit to the Monday–Friday schedule
• Understand the importance of dignity and privacy during personal care
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and the HomeWell team
• Have reliable transportation
• Like cats and are comfortable working in a home where they are part of the family
