- Position: Medical Assistant - Certified (MA-C)
- Employment Type: Contract
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work Locations:
- Shoreline, WA
- Edmonds, WA
- Support physicians and clinical staff with patient care activities.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical information.
- Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Prepare examination rooms, supplies, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams.
- Perform administrative and clinical duties while ensuring efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Active Washington State MA-C (Medical Assistant-Certified) License
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach.
- Travel between Shoreline and Edmonds locations 1-2 times per week .
- No travel between multiple locations during the same work shift.
- Dress Code: Scrubs (Any Color)
- Work Setting: Onsite Clinic
- Patient Home Visits: No
- Interview Process: Virtual or In-Person Interview
