This role will be responsible for bringing structure to complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring organizational objectives are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build strong working routines across horizontally aligned teams and drive projects forward even when priorities, requirements, and solutions are not always clearly defined.As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of assigned projects while maintaining a strategic view of the broader initiative. You'll partner with stakeholders and project teams to build detailed plans, establish workstream deliverables and ownership, coordinate project meetings, and maintain schedules and project documentation. You'll also help identify risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and ensure they're properly tracked through completion.This is an opportunity for a project manager who is equally comfortable operating strategically and getting into the details required to keep complex initiatives moving. You'll communicate across both horizontal and vertical teams, provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress and risks, and develop mitigation or go-to-green plans when projects encounter challenges.
