Responsibilities Client Relationship & Business Development: Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement. Estimating & Preconstruction Management: Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation. Project Delivery Oversight: Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows. Safety & Quality Control Enforcement: Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions. Field Operations & Documentation: Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.
