A successful property/apartment management firm operating for 40 years that offers a great team environment has an immediate opening for a Community Manager.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, are highly motivated, self-starters, and who have retail or property management sales experience along with a successful track record of providing excellent customer service.

The Community Manger will be responsible for day to day operations of around 100 unit property in the Madison area.

This includes sales/leasing, marketing, resident relations, facilities management, personnel management, and other associated property management duties.

The ideal candidate will have or exhibit:

• A minimum of two years of providing excellent customer service and sales experience required
• The ability to multi-task, and/or make independent decisions in a fast-paced customer service-oriented work environment required.
• The ability to communicate professionally, and tactfully.
• A successful track record of management experience and accomplishments required
• Management/Supervisory experience and a successful track record of positive team leadership and collaboration required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software required.
• Property Management Certification and current knowledge of applicable housing laws and leasing agreements preferred.
• Knowledge of or the ability to interpret accounting and/or financial information preferred.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm during non - peak time.


During peak time months in the summer and fall, some shortened Saturday hours will be required, with Fridays off.


*Rotational on-call (estimated once every four-five weeks).


Pay: $20-$25/hr. + bonus potential, potential to earn $60k+ total compensation
