Base pay range $61,714.00/yr - $69,428.00/yr Imagine starting your day with a warm greeting to employees as they enter the HR suite. Your morning might begin with assisting the Talent and Development Manager in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for new hires. You'll be the friendly face that guides new employees through their onboarding process, preparing documentation and conducting orientations to make them feel right at home. As the day progresses, you'll dive into maintaining our employee records in the Oracle Fusion system, ensuring everything is up-to-date and confidential. Your organizational skills will shine as you assist with benefits administration, answer employee inquiries about HR policies, and assist with FMLA paperwork. Lunchtime might bring a quick meeting with the Employee Fund and Health and Wellness Committee, where you'll coordinate activities, charitable events, and health campaigns that keep our workplace vibrant and healthy. In the afternoon, you might find yourself collaborating with various teams across the organization, assisting with training programs, and preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
