Role Description As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will source, assess, and recruit top talent into CoStar, building a talent pipeline for future hires. You will serve as the key contact for hiring managers, partnering with HR Business Partners to meet organizational talent needs. Responsibilities include recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentations across multiple levels and locations. You will operate from our Richmond, VA office and work in‑office Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Oversee full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily focusing on hiring Account Executives. Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop and execute sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and present & close opportunities effectively. Drive results, maintain a sales and service orientation toward clients and candidates, and build strong relationships. Adapt easily in a dynamic environment, demonstrating passion for the company and your craft. Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and grow talent networks. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person, not‑for‑profit university or college. A track record of commitment to prior employers. 4+ years of full‑life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. Experience hiring Sales Professionals or Account Executives. Ability to work in the Washington DC office. Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines. Proactive collaboration with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Eightfold) and social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and other job boards. Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and government compliance regulations that affect recruitment. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Corporate and senior‑level management recruiting experience. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Experience with Workday. PHR or other relevant certifications. What’s in it for you?
