We're looking for a responsible and motivated Fluid Shipping & Receiving Operator to handle the critical movement of milk and dairy products—both incoming and outgoing.What You'll Do:Operate equipment in the load-out and fluid receiving areasDrive and operate company tandem axle, quad axle, and semi-tanker trucksVerify product quality—checking temperature, composition, and other key specsMaintain accurate documentation and follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation protocolsClean and sanitize equipment and work areas dailyCommunicate with third-party drivers and haulers in a professional and respectful mannerLearn the ins and outs of our products and processesYou Are A Great Fit If You:Have a valid CDL (or are willing to obtain one)Are detail-oriented and committed to safety and qualityEnjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active roleHave strong communication and teamwork skillsAre reliable, responsible, and eager to learnSummary of Pay: Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00/hour to $27.84/hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.We value the skills and background each candidate brings and offer a competitive pay structure designed to recognize your expertise and contributions. Milk Truck/Tanker operation experience preferred.
