Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and responsible Caregiver to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes or residential settings. The Caregiver will assist with daily activities, promote client safety and independence, and provide companionship while treating each individual with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or activities when required.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Follow care plans and company policies.
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and daily activities.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required, depending on position.
• Reliable transportation may be required.
