Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Driving reliability and performance within cloud-based infrastructure, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will manage daily activities for the SRE team, mentor team members, and advocate for best practices while collaborating with engineering teams. Key responsibilities Coordinate and support daily activities for SREs, partnering with managers to manage tasks effectively Mentor team members and drive initiatives to achieve production excellence Debug production issues and engage in incident response and blameless postmortems Required qualifications 5 years of experience in the SRE space 2-5 years of experience leading or managing SRE teams Proficiency in at least one programming language Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tools, and the container ecosystem Experience with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
