Key Responsibilities
- Execute High-End Cleaning: Perform hot water extraction, low-moisture care, and specialty cleaning for residential and commercial spaces.
- Master Stain Removal: Diagnose natural vs. synthetic fibers and apply advanced stain treatment techniques (pet damage, dyes, ink, grease).
- Deliver Customer-First Care: Conduct pre- and post-cleaning walk-throughs to ensure total client satisfaction.
- Drive On-Site Sales: Educate customers on fabric care and sell add-on services like fabric protection, deodorizing, and rug maintenance.
- Maintain Gear & Vehicle: Safely operate company vehicles, maintain truck-mount/portable extraction systems, and track chemical supplies.
- Work Flexible Hours: Complete scheduled jobs during primary day hours, with availability for select evening and weekend shifts.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning (commercial or residential).
- Certification: IICRC Certified (CCT, UFT, or equivalent required).
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a client-focused, professional demeanor.
- Schedule: Available for occasional nights and weekends as client demand requires.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, move light furniture, and handle physical field labor.
