What You’ll Do Companionship and social engagement Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal support Medication reminders and home safety awareness Errands and transportation to appointments when needed Respite support to relieve family caregivers Assistance for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or recovery challenges What We Offer $16.00/hour starting pay Weekly direct deposit Flexible scheduling options Paid orientation and ongoing professional development Advancement opportunities as our Davie territory continues to grow Mileage reimbursement between clients Health insurance available after 90 days (for those averaging 35+ hrs/week) Paid Time Off for full-time employees Supportive, respectful work culture with recognition for exceptional performance What We Expect Strong attendance and reliability Professional and timely communication A client-first mindset A commitment to providing safe, high-quality care Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance Authorization to work in the United States CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) AHCA Level II background screening (required in Florida) Recent physical and negative TB test or chest X-ray Join a Team Making a Difference If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care and ready to be part of a strong team, we want to meet you.
