Project Manager

We're partnered with a well-established General Contractor in the Atlanta market that's continuing to grow its Interiors division and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and healthcare interior renovation projects across the Metro Atlanta area. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through closeout, ensuring they're delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, subcontractors and internal teams to successfully deliver fast-paced interior renovation and tenant improvement projects. We're looking to speak with Project Managers who have experience delivering projects within: Commercial Interiors Healthcare Renovations Medical Office Buildings (MOB) Occupied Renovations Higher Education Interiors (preferred) Responsibilities Manage projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals and change orders. Monitor project costs, forecasting and financial performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company quality standards. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience managing commercial and/or healthcare interior projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting and project controls.
