Are you passionate about customer service and love helping others find the perfect fit—literally? At Coastal Sole, we’re more than just a shoe store. We’re a team committed to delivering exceptional experiences through knowledgeable service and a personalized approach to footwear.

Full-time and part-time positions available!!

What You’ll Do:

Help customers find the ideal shoes by performing gait analysis and using our unique fitting process
Learn and share product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Support the team by unpacking shipments and keeping inventory organized
Contribute to keeping the store looking great through merchandising and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
