Job Title Hospice Registered Nurse, RN Location Lake Orion, MI, USA (Clarkston and surrounding areas) Job Overview Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking compassionate Hospice Registered Nurses to manage and deliver patient care plans in a team‑based environment. The role includes coordinating care for patients in the Clarkston and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Provide nursing care during daily visits and support after‑hours care team. Maintain timely documentation and charting within required deadlines. Travel to patient locations, spending approximately 20% of the day on the road. Utilize tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software for documentation and communication. Qualifications RN license in the state of employment. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum 2 years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver's license and ability to drive to patient locations. Strong time‑management and self‑management skills. Proficiency with technology including tablets, smartphones, and EMR systems.
