Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide level II-III NICU care to newborns
• Perform surgery preparation except heads/hearts
• Manage respiratory support and MicroPremie care
• Collaborate effectively within a teamwork-oriented unit

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience in Level II-III NICU
