Human Resources Assistant
Are you an organized, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an energetic Human Resources Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in our office!
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operationshelping shape a smooth onboarding experience, keeping our records pristine, and partnering with our team to keep everything running seamlessly. If you have a proactive mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and love interacting with people every day, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and maintain essential personnel files and HR documentation with meticulous accuracy
- Help welcome and orient new team members, ensuring they have an incredible first impression of the company
- Assist in administering employee files, tracking time and attendance, and keeping HR records up to date
- Perform a variety of day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in HR, accounting, or a related field is a huge plus).
- Prior administrative, clerical, or customer-facing support experience.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Stellar organizational skills with an eagle-eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive, adaptable, and upbeat approach to problem-solving.
