Responsibilities include:Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards.Assemble guest orders accurately and quickly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service.Keep workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.What We're Looking ForMust be 16 years of age or olderPositive attitude and willingness to learnDependable with a strong work ethicEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with excellent communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekendsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsGrow Your Career With UsAt Zaxby's, we believe in promoting from within.
