Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active environment, meeting new people, assisting with event activities, and creating positive experiences for customers and attendees.

Responsibilities

* Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies. * Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers. * Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. * Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. * Maintain an organized and professional event environment. * Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. * Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. * Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. * Assist team members with daily event activities and customer interactions. * Support individual and team goals during promotional events. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Minimum requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Customer-focused and goal-oriented. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
