Technical Warehouse Specialist

Hardware Inventory Manager

Pay Range: $20hr - $25hr

Responsible for managing hardware inventory, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of materials across onsite and offsite locations.

Works closely with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational efficiency.

Proficiency in inventory control processes including issuing, receiving, and tracking.

Experience with shipping and receiving operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong administrative skills including documentation and record keeping.

Good communication skills.

Familiarity with inventory tracking platforms.

Manage hardware room inventory control including check-in and check-out processes.

Maintain and track onsite and offsite hardware inventory.

Coordinate with internal departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and operational sites.

Ensure all shipment paperwork is accurate and generate required shipping documentation.

Monitor inventory and report discrepancies such as damaged or missing items.

Collaborate with team members to resolve hardware issues including replacements and missing items.

Prepare hardware for shipment to vendors for repair in coordination with shipping and receiving teams.

Support improvements to operational and test floor environments.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
