Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Required Credentials: - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.

Preferred Credentials: - Bachelor’s degree of Nursing is preferred. - Certification as appropriate for unit or service is preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexibility to switch to days. - May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements: - Will float either to Medical Surgical, Surgical, Medical Onocology, Inpatient Rehab, Cardiac, or Neuro Trauma Spine. - May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
