In this role, you'll provide exceptional service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and online with questions about insurance products, policy coverage, claims, and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required at the time of application. Candidates must already be licensed to be considered for this position.
• Long-Lewis does not provide licensing assistance, training, or sponsorship for obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
