We're seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily business operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational and financial success. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys leading people while improving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor budgets, operational metrics, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting quality service and resolving escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Partner with leadership to support business growth and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, field services, transportation, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing teams, business performance, and operational metrics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
