Pharmacist – Part-Time

The Medicine Shoppe of Shillington is seeking a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist to join our team on a per diem or part-time basis. We are an independent community pharmacy committed to providing personalized care, innovative medication services, and a welcoming environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense prescriptions with accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Counsel patients on medications, disease management, and preventative health
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures
• Support specialty services such as medication synchronization, compliance packaging (EzMedPack), vaccinations, and medication therapy management
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize care
• Contribute to a culture of efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

Schedule and Compensation:

• Flexible per diem and part-time shifts, including possible evening or Saturday rotations
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• 15-25 hours a week
