Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is proud to have been baking fresh, delicious bagels daily since 1995. Our stores close at 2pm to support a healthy work‑life balance, and we celebrate each day by spreading joy and creating memorable experiences for guests. The Team Member is the heartbeat of our bakery, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring every visit is warm, friendly, and efficient. Responsibilities Welcome guests promptly and provide a positive first impression. Prepare and serve high‑quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Keep inventory levels in check and assist with restocking as needed. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Ability to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑centric attitude. Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or guest‑service setting is a plus but not required. Capacity to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, lifting, and moving during shifts. Benefits Flexible schedule with no evenings or nights.
