The Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the restaurant located inside an airport environment. This role ensures exceptional guest service, compliance with airport and company policies, and smooth execution of all operational, financial, and team-related responsibilities. The Assistant Manager acts as a hands-on leader, supporting team members, maintaining brand standards, and stepping in for the General Manager when needed.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food-service environment; airport experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badging (including background check).
- Flexible schedule; must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
