If you have a strong background in residential, multifamily, or facilities maintenance—and you know your way around work orders, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs—you could be a great fit here.This role requires recent, relevant hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or building maintenance. If you do not have direct experience with work orders, troubleshooting repairs, and maintaining building systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.), this position will not be the right fit.What You'll Do:Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficientlyTroubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issuesPerform drywall, painting, and carpentry repairsComplete apartment turns and ensure units are move-in readyTake part in preventive maintenance and seasonal duties like snow removalWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year of full-time, hands-on maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or similar residential settingsProven skills in plumbing, basic electrical, appliance repair, and general troubleshootingReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyExcellent resident service skills and attention to detailValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools requiredEPA certification is a plusImportant Application Requirement:Your resume must clearly show your relevant hands-on maintenance experience—including any paid in cash, side jobs, or non-traditional work.
