Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market assessments, RFx development, supplier evaluations, and recommendation presentations. Identify opportunities to optimize supplier spend, improve contract coverage, and enhance sourcing effectiveness. Support procurement initiatives that drive value across cost, quality, service, and operational performance. Contract Management Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts in alignment with organizational policies and business requirements. Lead contract discussions and negotiations to secure favorable commercial and contractual terms. Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations. Support contract implementation activities and monitor adherence to contractual obligations. Project & Stakeholder Management Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution of sourcing and contracting activities. Communicate project milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams. Build strong working relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers. Facilitate collaboration across multiple functions to ensure successful project delivery. Support supplier onboarding and implementation activities following contract award. Participate in supplier performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor supplier compliance and support efforts to improve service quality and supplier effectiveness. Foster productive supplier relationships that support long-term business objectives. Financial Analysis & Process Improvement Collaborate with finance and business teams to conduct cost evaluations and support sourcing decisions. Perform total cost and value analyses to identify savings and efficiency opportunities. Contribute to process enhancement initiatives that improve procurement and contracting operations. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, contract management, procurement, or supplier management. Proven experience managing RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations. Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining commercial agreements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within highly regulated industries. Exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement and collaborative sourcing environments. Strong analytical skills with experience performing cost, pricing, and financial evaluations. Knowledge of supplier performance management and procurement best practices. Experience supporting complex sourcing and contracting projects. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
