The RN / LPN will: Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants according to the facilities policies, procedures and standards. Monitor residents and complete required record keeping; chart and document per facility policy. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions which adhere to state and federal regulations and facility policies. Communicate to residents, families and co-workers in an effective and respectful manner. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians and co-workers.
