Web Analyst

A leading retail and ecommerce organization is seeking a Web Analyst to join its analytics team. This is an opportunity to support a data-driven business focused on understanding customer behavior, improving digital experiences, and driving informed decision-making across key stakeholders. The Role The Web Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital performance and customer behaviour data to generate actionable insights that support business objectives. Responsibilities include: Using SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from multiple databases and sources Leveraging Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics to measure website performance and understand customer behaviour Supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to evaluate and improve digital experiences Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within digital and customer data Partnering with business and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation The Requirements Strong experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting Experience working with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Hands-on experience supporting A/B testing and/or multivariate testing initiatives Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Salary & Benefits Hybrid working environment Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on business-critical initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
