More About the Role We are seeking an entry‑level Analyst to join our Social Listening & Analytics team. If you are a recent graduate with internship experience in digital media, marketing, or communications and you are eager to dive into social media trends, consumer insights, and cultural conversations, this is your chance to grow at the intersection of data and storytelling. What You’ll Do Assist with data collection, basic research tasks, and organizing information. Support project coordination efforts, documenting project details and learning methodologies. Participate in internal training sessions on research tools and best practices. Proofread and check client deliverables for accuracy. Support social media monitoring and reporting for brands, tracking cultural, competitor, and consumer trends. Learn to use tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and NewsWhip to uncover insights that influence brand reputation, sustainability, and social impact initiatives. Monitor online conversations and media trends around multiple brands and corporate presence. Assist in preparing performance reports for campaigns and brand health tracking across social and digital platforms. Collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, gaining exposure to both agency and client‑side work. Experience That Contributes To Success Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, communications, research, or related field). Internship experience in marketing, analytics, or social media (agency, brand, or nonprofit experience all welcome). Curious and detail‑oriented, excited by data and cultural trends. Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; bonus points for pivot tables, boolean searches, leveraging LLMs or dashboards. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and learning new tools in a dynamic environment. Enthusiastic team player eager to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
