O profissional de vendas coloca as necessidades do cliente em primeiro lugar, estabelecendo relacionamentos, ouvindo atentamente e antecipando suas exigências. Ele permanece atualizado com os produtos da empresa e oferece um serviço memorável, combinando histórias envolventes e hospitalidade. Responsibilities Apresentar produtos com storytelling e detalhes técnicos, criando uma atmosfera acolhedora. Construir, manter e desenvolver a carteira de clientes usando a plataforma CRM. Manter conhecimento aprofundado sobre marcas, coleções e peças, além de conhecimento geral da indústria. Manter atitude profissional e conduzir negócios com integridade. Cumprir todas as diretrizes, políticas e procedimentos da empresa. Oferecer assistência e construir relações eficazes com os colegas. Encaminhar cliente a outro membro da equipe quando necessário. Organizar estoque e displays para otimizar vendas e minimizar perdas. Suportar a experiência do cliente dentro das diretrizes de hospitalidade da loja. UsMillan.uso de sistemas, hardware e software da empresa de forma independente. Completar tarefas administrativas de suporte ao Cliente Experience. Receber e entregar consertos de clientes quando necessário. Executar outras tarefas atribuídas pela gerência. Physical Requirements Obrigatória a permanência em pé por períodos extensos. Pode haver necessidade de levantar pacotes/caixas. Working Conditions and Environment Flexibilidade de horário e disponibilidade para atender às horas da loja, incluindo fins de semana e fins de semana.
