Cook - Main Kitchen
As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to directives from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include exhibiting conduct in accordance with all regulations, delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions, demonstrating a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service, preparing, seasoning, and garnishing all food in assigned areas in accordance with established procedures, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include training in food preparation preferred and previous experience in a similar environment. Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
