HVAC Service Technician | $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime

Position Overview:

• Perform maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective components, and complete repairs efficiently
• Recommend appropriate repair solutions and inform homeowners about indoor air quality improvement options
• Explain the value of preventive maintenance programs to help extend system lifespan and improve performance
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service while building strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• 2 + years of residential HVAC service experience
• Annual maintenance experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills
• Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of hire
• Possess tools needed
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurance by company carrier
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - Desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
